To celebrate the 7th annual list, Victoria’s Secret Angels Erin Heatherton, Doutzen Kroes and Lindsay Ellingson hosted an exclusive VIP party at the new Los Angeles hot spot, Mr. C Beverly Hills. Inspired by the 2012 What Is Sexy? List, Victoria’s Secret has curated collections of lingerie, swimwear, beauty, clothing and accessories so fans can get the sexiest looks for summer. A wrapup of the Queensland Miss Universe finals
On a sunny Tuesday afternoon in May I was lucky enough to be invited to the Jupiters Casino on the Gold Coast where twenty three of Queensland’s most beautiful girls took the stage to compete for a place in the National Finals of Miss Universe Australia. As I entered the room you could feel the nerves in the air, the red carpet runway was laid between the beautifully decorated tables and there was no doubt that the competition was going to be tough. The twenty three contestants hailed from all over Queensland from the beautiful Airlie Beach to as far north as Cairns, not only where these girls all stunning they had the brains to boot. Many of our Queensland beauties are all amazing in their own right, we had graduating pharmacists, pilots, nurses and international tap dancing champions, the list could go on and on.

Team Vodafone battle Ford drivers for another top four finish in Hamilton
It was a classic Holden vs. Ford battle in the final race of the Hamilton ITM400, reigning V8 Supercar Champion Jamie Whincup fighting until the final moments of the 200km to eventually finish second behind Mark Winterbottom. Craig Lowndes made the most of his race, finishing fourth and gaining solid points from his efforts, despite developing an issue with his brake spray system mid-race. Earlier in the day, Whincup made a strong start to Qualifying, posting the fastest time of the session before clipping the wall at the Turn 4 chicane, damaging the front right and rear axle assembly of his Holden Commodore.

Titans trio head west in name of Indigenous education
Jetstar Gold Coast Titans trio Scott Prince, Aidan Sezer and Ryan James yesterday left on a helicopter flight to regional Queensland to help deliver Indigenous education workshops to communities in Dalby and Miles as part of the Titans 4 Tomorrow (T4T) program. The players will be joined by Titans 4 Tomorrow ambassadors and former players Clinton Toopi and Dean Widders for the two-day trip where they will encourage young Indigenous students to stay in school and focus on receiving an education.
